Our secret? Well, we could tell you, but then we would have to k... just kidding. We will actually let you in on our biggest secret: How we create the magical Cocio Classic. Technically, it’s not really a secret, because we can't stop talking about it. But hey, secret sounds way more awesome than recipe, so here goes everything.
If you ask a Cocio where home is, it’ll answer Esbjerg. Because that’s where Cocio was born and where the Cocio factory is located. We fill 800.000 cans and bottles with liquid goodness every day. It sounds like a lot, but somehow it's never enough to satisfy all the Cocio drinkers out there...

We mix the three ingredients – milk, cocoa and sugar – and pour it into glass bottles (or cans) and the lid is put on. Then, the bottles go into a large cooker for about 20 minutes. It’s this cooking process that gives Cocio its massive taste - because at the exact right temperature the sugar caramelises, the magic happens and the rich and creamy taste comes to life. After cooking, the chocolate milk settles for exactly 5 days to get the full Cocio flavour. It's pure bliss. In a bottle.
We have followed this simple recipe since the first Cocio was bottled in 1951 and change is not really our thing. Why should we? Cocio is perfect.
